How long does a typical dispensary engagement take?

A focused dispensary dashboard typically launches in 2–4 weeks once we have access to your POS exports. Larger builds — multi-location rollouts, custom compliance reporting layers, AI insights pipelines, or competitive market studies — usually run 6–10 weeks. We give you clear timelines during discovery.

Do you handle Metrc and state compliance reporting?

We don’t replace your seed-to-sale system, but we build reporting layers that sit alongside Metrc, BioTrack, and similar state systems. That includes audit-ready sales summaries, license-window tracking, and reconciliation reports your compliance officer can hand directly to a regulator.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Most dispensary clients move onto a monthly retainer for continuous analytics, market monitoring, AI-powered weekly digests, and a cannabis-native analyst on call. Retainer clients get priority response and quarterly strategy reviews.

What data do you need access to?

Typically your POS sales line items, inventory snapshots, and customer transactions. For multi-location operators we also pull purchasing and vendor data. We’ll guide you through the data hand-off during onboarding and handle integration securely — your data stays isolated and never leaves your tenant.

Can you build custom software for our dispensary?
